Kamal is having a vast Techno-Commercial experience of 26+ years in the field of Power Conditioning (UPS), Telecom & Industrial Power, Renewable Energy &Energy Efficiency and Power Management & Control.He focuses on expansion of Energy Management &Renewable Energy sector through solution building and doing capacity building through extending training to industry to make sustainable business model.

Presently, Kamal is the Patron of Kenya Renewable Energy Association, which is an umbrella body of all the Renewable Energy Association in Kenya. KEREA is responsible for taking members voice to appropriate level and provide an effective platform for all the members to create lucrative environment for the Energy Business growth.

Kamal has represented Kenya on various international platforms like The International Electrotechnical Commission – Renewable Energy Applications (IEC-RE), The African Electrotechnical Standardization Commission (AFSEC), The Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) etc. towards the Renewable Energy development and growth.

Following are cases with videos to introduce technology developed and implementation in Africa…

  1. Solar Powered Solution Development for Health Center for rural areas to provide Power to Medical Clinic where health services could be provided to every individual in remotest area at any time. This solution is providing power & light to serve patient in the night hours.

  1. Design & Develop an exclusive solution for many Schools, where more than 45000 students get benefited. This is a great transformation where students can not only study for longer hours but they can use IT devices to be used to be ahead to the need of the time.

  1. Villaya Emergency designed and developed to cater power need to some most critical and complicated places. This is designed for defense establishments, UNHCR and similar applications to generate clean and affordable power to cater various energy needs. Due to noise less generation, defense services are appreciating this solution to be used more and more to cater power requirements.

Kamal engaged in the development of Mini-Grid Solution Development, where together with World Bank & Ministry of Energy (Kenya) to establish with technological development the Universal Access to Energy. Ministry Of Energy and Petroleum Launches Solar Project to Serve Arid and Semi-Arid Regions

On the Social Front, Kamal is now holding position as National Chairman of Hindu Council of Kenya, Hindu Council of Kenya is a non-commercial organization aimed at serving the community living in the Republic of Kenya in East Africa whose mission is to bring together all organizations representing various sects domiciled in Kenya and work towards strengthening culture and propagate the way of living which is based on the principles of tolerance and peaceful coexistence.

He also served Hindu Council of Kenya from 2014 – 2018 for 4 years as National General Secretary.
